Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Willingly work in Gov. holidays
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving skill.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
∎ Good command on social media operation.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Make Report to Manager or Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
