Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Addressing customer questions and concerns through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and social media.
∎ Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Offering accurate information about products, services, and policies.
∎ Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
∎ Conducting follow-up calls or messages to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
∎ Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Preparing reports on customer feedback, inquiries, and service issues for management review.
∎ Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to enhance customer experience.
∎ Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies.
