∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Facebook/Whatsapp Page and answer customer queries politely
∎ Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a very professional manner.
∎ Identify customer needs, analyze the information and provide satisfactory solutions.
∎ Build sustainable relationship and engage customer effectively.
∎ Be ready to sell products when the opportunity arises.
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
∎ Print designs and get them ready for production
∎ Enter orders in accounting software

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to write English fluenty. Must have impeccable Bangla accent.
