Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Online (web/ e-mail) Support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
∎ Provide pricing and delivery information
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
∎ Maintain customer databases
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∎ Follow up on customer interactions
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
∎ Maintain Live chat
∎ Providing feedback on social media
∎ If need work from home

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Unmarried candidates are preferred
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Educational qualifications are relaxed for veterans
