Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customers by FB Messenger, call or emails.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers
∎ Lead generation for sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Incentives
