Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities and Duties:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints
∎ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
∎ Provide product and service information to customers
∎ Research required information using available resources
∎ Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
∎ Process orders, forms, and application
∎ Route calls to appropriate resources
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Complete call logs and reports
∎ Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Effective communication skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Positive service mindset with helping attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Basic computer literacy and knowledge in office application
∎ Should have the mind to work in shifting basis.

∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly KPI Bonus 5000 (Based on Performance)
