Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ BA in English, O level and A level students will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To assist in promotional and administrative tasks of the organization which will pursue customers in selecting and selling Cars.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Kakrail, Gulshan, Banani)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain office documentation and take direct role in office administration
∎ Organize internal and external meetings regarding customer service.
∎ Communication with overseas clients by Phone, IP call and Skype.
∎ Attend guest and clients, follow-up of complaints and requirements
∎ Compose and Data Entry.
∎ Send or receive fax / email/ letters: service reminder notice, etc
∎ Corporate Communication: willing to visit other organization (if necessary)
∎ Implement existing and new initiatives in business communications and customer relations
∎ Maintain registers: mail, mobile, meeting minutes etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Female candidates will get preference subject to experience.
∎ Should be a pleasant personality
∎ Skilled in computer, Power Point and Excel
∎ At least 2 year(s) in Communication Services or Customers Services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Overseas Communication etc.
∎ Fluency in English with IELTS score certification will get preference.
