Job Context:
∎ NEO NATURLAS CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. is looking for a Customer care executive, (5 persons) who are experienced in e-commerce.
∎ Workplace - Work at the office (Baridhara, Natun Bazar).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage online customer queries
∎ Need to handle incoming calls.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions
∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work for longer periods and any time in the day.
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English with a proper accent.
∎ Good computer skill is required with good typing skill.
∎ Good reading and writing skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and have good communication skill.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may arise during maintaining a team.
∎ Knowledge about social media maintenance would be appreciable.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
