Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
∎ Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner.
∎ Generate and communicate new customer while keeping regular contact with former and existing customers also.
∎ Know and learn service inside for sharing repiles of asked queries and sharing information properly.
∎ Maintain daily, weekly and monthly call/email reports and submit to the supervisor.
∎ Ensuring detailed, informative and effective database of the client pool.
∎ Be updated with the latest information of the company for best customer service.
