∎ Age 20 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make promotional calls to targeted customers daily maintaining a proper customer list.
∎ Receive and provide adequate information to the incoming calls through hotline number.
∎ Follow-up the visitors list to check for their requirements and feedbacks.
∎ Shoot text messages through SMS services and WhatsApp, Viber to the target group from potential clients' database based on national and international days and product promos.
∎ Attain the queries received in social media platforms and communicate those accordingly with the concerned team.
∎ Share daily data report to the Market Analyst.
∎ Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
∎ Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly sales reports.
∎ Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team's help.
∎ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Understand the needs of business customers.
∎ Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
∎ Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets.
