Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
∎ Identify and assess customers’/operator’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Handle customer/operator complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer/operator interactions, process customer/operator accounts and file documents.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a digital marketing agency
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ A passion for customer service and digital marketing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative will be added an advantage. Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, should process outstanding negotiation, convincing and communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
