Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Skilled in customer care service/ Call center
∎ Experience in Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, YouTube email etc.
∎ Invent creative ideas for customer service.
∎ Supervise and monitor customer works
∎ Monitor all branches staff and assist Branch controller.
∎ Assist company Director for her daily works and prepare documentation as required & any other work assigned by her
∎ Maintain good relation with customer
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer
∎ Co-ordinate with other staffs & Authority.
∎ Problem solving capacity in all situation
∎ Have experience to work under pressure.
∎ Capacity to handle teamwork.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years experience in related field
∎ Applicant must be honest, sincere and hardworking
∎ Excellent speaking skill in both Bengoli and English
