Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive customer calls and solve their problems.
∎ Monitor retail outlet CC Cameras for follow up the retail activities of staffs.
∎ Working on HR actiivities as recruitment,salary disbursement, joinning & rejection,holiday etc.
∎ Writing authority letters and making excel reports.
∎ Making Any other report isssuing by management.
∎ actively tracking and analyzing sales performance data across a retail team, identifying potential issues or opportunities, and taking necessary actions to ensure sales targets are met, often by providing real-time insights and alerts to outlet managers and representatives.
∎ Alerting on critical issues to management.
