Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher are also eligible to apply.
∎ Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Internet)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, Retail customer care Store
∎ Agents need to be smart & good looking Proficiency in both Bangla & English (Must)
∎ Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management.
