Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ First point of contacts for any product, promotional offer, distribution, delivery, internal/external customers' query.
∎ Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service related queries.
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Maintains customer records by updating account information.
∎ Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Attend different queries of Modern Trade as well as institutional sales business.
∎ Always remain updated about different promotional offers, price information, brand activities and other information required to answer any queries of customers.
∎ Conduct different market surveys as per requirement of the business.
∎ Any other assignments as advised by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years

∎ Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone / Psychically, Front desk
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
