Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answers call to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of companies.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Providing help and advice to customers to use Mistrimama service platform.
∎ Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
∎ Keep records of customers, instructions recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action taken in uploaded (Google drive) Excel file. (attached)
∎ Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
∎ Forward all related issues to the concerned department and Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
∎ Keep track of all Sales calls and follow up on the updates.
∎ Provide detailed monthly report on call center activity.
∎ Facebook query management according to the guideline and forward all related issues to the concerned department.
∎ Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
∎ Maintaining continuous stakeholder relationships through follow-up and responding to their queries.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on business as per requirements.
∎ Any assigned work from management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have the knowledge of marketing & e-commerce related field.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
∎ Expert knowledge about various marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge about SEM & SEO concepts.
∎ Expert knowledge of affiliate marketing.
∎ E commerce operational
∎ Knowledge about online campaign management.
∎ Fluent in English both oral & written.

Salary: Negotiable
