Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC Completed.

Job Context:
∎ Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
∎ Fresher`s are also encouraged to apply if & only you are very good & strong in oral Communications.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific clients over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
∎ Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
∎ Should have good convincing skills and excellent sales skills.
∎ Should be able to maintain client database.
∎ You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goals for fulfilling the target.
∎ Day to day planning and report management ability

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Part-time 6 Hours Salary: 5/6000 + Commission . Full Time 10/12 Hours, Salary: 10000 + Commission.
