∎ Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

∎ ফেসবুকে, মেসেঞ্জারে কাস্টমার রিপ্লাই করা, কল করে ওয়েবসাইট এর অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা। ডেলিভারি সাকসেস হবার আগে পর্যন্ত কাস্টমার সাথে কমিউনিকেশন রক্ষা করে সাকসেসফুল ডেলিভারি করার ব্যবস্থা করা।
