Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage online customer queries.
∎ Attend incoming customer calls.
∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them.
∎ To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy - MS Word , excel, Internet , email,
∎ Must have fast typing skill both English & Bangla in computer and smart phone.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
