Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer customer queries politely
∎ Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a very professional manner.
∎ Identify customer needs, analyze the information and provide satisfactory solutions.
∎ Build sustainable relationship and engage customer effectively.
∎ Be ready to sell products when the opportunity arises.
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
∎ Enter orders in accounting software

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Office(specially Excel and Word).
∎ Must be able to write English fluently. Must have impeccable Bangla accent.
