∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Full-time( 10 am-08 pm)
∎ Resident near Gulshan are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide administrative support including bookings/appointments, customer inquiries and marketing.
∎ Update Social Media on a regular basis.
∎ Create customer engagement through social media.
∎ Respond to all customer inquiries on social media.
∎ Make write ups of social media content.
∎ Create seasonal packages including coupons, discounts and bundled packages to boost customer engagement.
∎ Maintain a record of client feedback and report to upper level management on a daily basis.
∎ Manage day to day activities and transactions.
∎ Comply with all company policies and employment law regulations.
∎ Be available to respond to upper management in an urgent manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in using computer software: MS Office with knowledge of MS Word (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate).
∎ Proficiency in managing social media platforms: Instagram and Facebook.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills, including correspondence and telephone etiquette.
∎ Superior organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and develop effective work systems and processes.
∎ Dedication to completing tasks in a timely matter.
∎ Demonstrates attention to detail.
∎ Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Highly dependable; strong follow-through and initiative.
∎ Relentless focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Employee must be able to work a 10-hour shift, with occasional paid overtime.
∎ Sunday to Friday: 6 days a week for 10 hours
