Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a strong understanding of product SKUs, promotional offers, and unique selling points (USPs).
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and messages across all online channels in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Promote products on social media platforms as per strategic direction provided by the Marketing & Product Team.
∎ Generate and process sales orders, maintaining accurate sales invoices.
∎ Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Track deliveries and follow up with customers to confirm receipt and satisfaction.
∎ Maintain a detailed weekly summary report covering customer interactions, sales figures, delivery updates, and customer feedback.
