Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, answer product-related questions, and provide information on our services and policies.
∎ Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
∎ Identify and address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, promotions, and updates to guide customers effectively.
∎ Communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat channels to provide the best possible customer experience.
∎ Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
∎ Collaborate with various departments, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
