∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers

∎ Having highly negotiations skill & Excellent communication skills
∎ Negotiation Defaulter Client.
∎ Ensuring overdue recovery & payment dues to be collected from customers/loan holders with proper planning and responding to credit & collection-related inquiries.
∎ Negotiating payment arrangements with customers and influencing to recover the due amount.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and forward to management.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Conducting regularly scheduled field visits as well as surprising visits to ensure credit policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed by the field staff.
∎ Ensuring documentation of all collection-related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Tk. 9500 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Work experience of minimum 2 years in a related technical discipline
