∎ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales support
∎ Strong communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Ability to handle pressure and maintain a polite tone
∎ Basic knowledge of using Facebook Page Inbox, Excel, and Google Sheets
∎ Punctual, organized, and customer-focused attitude
∎ Experience in e-commerce or online business will be a big plus
∎ Education is not the main concern – your communication and problem-solving skills matter most!
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer queries via phone, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and email
∎ Manage order processing, tracking, and follow-upProvide accurate information about products, offers, and services
∎ Handle complaints and resolve issues politely and efficiently
∎ Maintain daily customer communication records and feedback reports
∎ Coordinate with the delivery team and support other departments as needed
∎ We’re looking for a Customer Care Assistant who can communicate with customers professionally and help them with order inquiries, product information, and after-sales support.
