Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer/ patient reception and proper customer handling
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer/patients
∎ Assist patients and help them with hospital formalities and other works
∎ Develop and maintain good relationship with customer/ patients and support them for better service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having Experience in Customer Care Department in any reputed organization will have an advantage, while previous experience in a hospital will get preference.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
∎ Should have good command on English & Bangla.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.
∎ Should have good interpersonal & communication skills.
