Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any reputable University - O/A Level will be given preference
∎ Certification on IB will be given added advantage
∎ Higher education or B.Ed/ M.Ed will be given preference.
∎ Training on teaching-methodology will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Head of School and the school's management and faculty to develop a strong school culture based on academic excellence, social-emotional development, ethical leadership, respect and discipline, with an emphasis on being role models for all the members of the school community.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involved in developing curriculum for classes (Preschool to Kindergarten)
∎ Conduct teachers training - needs analysis, planning and implementation of training modules. Assist teachers in developing and documenting units of inquiry; meet regularly with teachers to guide their planning, reflect on the teaching and learning experience and make adjustments to plans as needed (weekly grade-level meetings)
∎ Research trends in instructional methods and educational technology
∎ Monitoring Students Performance Records with Academic support members

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Administration/ Management
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
