Ability to communicate professionally with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Provide support and assistance to SkyCommerce customers

• Guide new customers through onboarding and help them get started with the SkyCommerce platform.

• Understand customer business needs and recommend relevant features, tools, and solutions.

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other digital channels.

• Identify inactive, dissatisfied, or at-risk customers and take initiatives to re-engage and retain them.

• Maintain accurate customer profiles, communication history, follow-up schedules, and activity records in the CRM system.

• Assist customers with platform features, website management, product management, order management, and other e-commerce operations.

• Coordinate with the technical, sales, and support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and adoption of SkyCommerce features.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues, suggestions, and improvement opportunities to the relevant teams.

• Support customer retention, renewal, and upselling initiatives by identifying customers' evolving business needs.
