∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Telemarketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend phone calls of existing clients & solve any issues/queries and make calls to potential clients.
∎ Maintaining the relationship between the company and customers.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers
∎ Follow companies own communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
∎ any task can be assigned by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have basic knowledge in Excel, Google sheet, and common email etiquette
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will increase after 6 months provision period as per performance.
