∎ The Courier Manager will be responsible for managing all courier operations, including the supervision of courier staff, management, route planning, and ensuring timely delivery of parcels. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational insight, and the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily courier operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of parcels.
∎ Manage and coordinate the courier team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for route optimization to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Monitor and manage quick maintenance and operations, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition and compliant with regulatory requirements.
∎ Communicate with customer service and sales teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
∎ Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all transportation and legal regulations.
∎ Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Work closely with the senior management team to set operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
