Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic & passionate candidate as Country Manager/Director (Head of Bangladesh) for a reputed civil engineering multinational company in Bangladesh.
∎ The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a decided strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Planning (business growth/ bid strategies/ market intelligence)
∎ Initiate Business development strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
∎ Responsible for all areas of client management and support including identifying clients, presenting capabilities, responding to RFQ/Tenders, Bidding.
∎ Liaison with Government & private organisations, monitor, review & report on all business development activities.
∎ Responsible for identifying new opportunities across Bangladesh in sectors of interest of employer.
∎ Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, including administrative, financial and commercial activities.
∎ Responsible to report monthly on performance against target, BD pipeline and key projects.
∎ Effective interaction with other departments including technical teams.
∎ Strategic management of key customers of the organization
∎ In depth knowledge of client’s requirements and company branding
∎ Grow repeat business with the clients and keep management abreast of developments
∎ Communication of organizational vision, values and ethics
∎ Cooperating with other Directors/ group companies to explore areas of mutual co operation
∎ Employer brand visibility by representation in committees, regional bodies etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
∎ Focused and goal-oriented including positive attitude to work;
∎ Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word & Outlook;
∎ Sound knowledge about infrastructure project process terms and conditions;
∎ Good analytical and presentation skill.
