Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the development and implementation of sales strategy, sales plans for Bangladesh in line with the Company's strategic and operational plans. Evaluate and develop successful business growth strategies.
∎
∎ Coordinate the development and execution of marketing plans to support the attainment of the established sales objectives.
∎
∎ Appraise all new customer acquisitions and other filling machine projects with the Head of Finance and the Head of Other Markets and ensure that customer requirements and the strategic value is clearly understood and the financial feedback is meeting established criteria.
∎
∎ Coordinate pre- and immediate post sales activities with the Technical Service AP-S Team for example Head of Technical Service, and the Head of Project Engineering to ensure that the technical requirements of the customers' are satisfied and that the customers become operative as early as possible thereby maximizing sleeves sales.
∎
∎ Ensure customers satisfaction and be responsible for the overall good relationship with all existing and new customers by applying key-account management concepts by ensuring effective coordination between customers' staff, and the relevant internal functional areas (e.g. Technical Service, Controlling, Production, Logistics, Pre-print and other departments).
∎
∎ Resolve, in conjunction with the Head of Finance that overdue accounts receivable are settled in an effective, yet amicable manner with existing customers in order to improve the overall cash flow of the Company and reduce financial risks.
∎
∎ Build an integrated, effective sales and marketing organization for country in terms of qualified, experienced, and motivated personnel supported through IT with corporate-wide information and data.
∎
∎ Demonstrate high quality leadership capabilities opposite his/her staff, act as a coach and mentor to ensure that the required performance level is reached by each team member.
∎
∎ Develop and implement appropriate guidelines and procedures with the function area, and contribute to the overall improvement of corporate systems, procedures and processes.
∎
∎ Identify, evaluate, and implement new value offers to the market as a result of understanding customers' problem area and value chains.
∎
∎ Work closely with the sales function to understand business drivers and develop programs that effectively supports sales activities.
∎
∎ Consolidate the Company's corporate image, both internally and externally, by assisting Marketing Communications in the development of appropriate corporate messages.
∎
∎ Participate in in the business planning and development process on the regional and local level.
