Job Responsibilities:
∎ Governance and risk management.
∎ Identify and drive new revenue initiatives including opportunities to grow overall regional income.
∎ Make recommendations to streamline regional operations processes and procedures.
∎ Promote Apollo International services and contribute to the further development of Apollo International services in the region.
∎ Responsible for recruiting and selecting suitable candidates to compliment the skills set of the Bangladesh region.
∎ Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
∎ Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
∎ Performance management issues to be dealt with in a fair, equitable and timely manner as per legislative requirements.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings with minutes actions for circulation.
∎ Ensure all HR related policies and procedures are adhered and applied consistently across the team.
∎ Accountable for a safe work environment for everyone, every day by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance.
∎ Accountable for personal and team compliance with internal company policies, procedures, for example, Code of Conduct, and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes.
∎ Identification of compliance incidents.
∎ Reporting of compliance incidents.
∎ Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
∎ Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
∎ Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
∎ Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
∎ Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
