Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visa Counselor – Responsibilities
∎ Guide clients on the right visa type (Student, EB3, Visit) based on their profile and goals.
∎ Support students and other visa applicants with personalized assistance.
∎ Help in filling visa and university forms accurately, including SEVIS, DS-160, etc.
∎ Verify and organize client documents as per embassy or university requirements.
∎ Manage appointment booking, medical, biometrics, and interview preparation.
∎ Maintain regular contact, provide updates, reminders, and solve client queries.
∎ Stay updated with country-specific visa policies and share important changes.
∎ Keep records updated in CRM and submit regular progress reports.
∎ Join live sessions, create video content, and support marketing initiatives.
