∎ Graduation in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Experienced candidates with Diploma/HSC can apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a comfortable conversation strategy for the potential clients in order to build trust and compassion towards the company.
∎ Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Required to understand company services well enough to avoid confusion while counseling.
∎ Maintain excel sheet/spreadsheet to secure data extraction as a day to day responsibility and present records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a specific service in order to facilitate future sales.
∎ Engage actively in all social media platforms of the company (facebook page, youtube channel etc).
∎ Required to work alongside the online team in order to utilize the flow of information for better marketing strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support/ Client Service.
∎ Any certifications/training on Language Courses/Computer Courses/Office Managements will be given priority.
∎ Experience in debating will be evaluated positively.
∎ Practical experience in Graphic Design/Animation will be given priority.
∎ Experience in MS Office/Google Services is compulsory.
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Moderate knowledge in English.
