Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate (preferably psychology)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain effective communication & liaison between workers and management.
∎ Counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
∎ Counsel the absentee workers with a view to reduce absenteeism & migration
∎ Look after workers' welfare.
∎ Collect grievance of workers & confirm with management to resolve workers' problem, complaints or grievances.
∎ Conduct awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation,
∎ Advise and brief workers on use of PPE.
∎ Check the workplace cleanliness time to ensure hygienic atmosphere.
∎ Liaison with production floor and other departments.
∎ Suggest female workers about procedure of availing maternity leave and maternity benefits.
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer and presentation skill.
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor law 2006.

Salary: Negotiable
