∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficient in the relevant laws, procedures, and norms of bidding and tendering in Bangladesh, capable of independently completing the preparation of bid documents, including drafting evaluation, and modification of tender documents, while ensuring compliance with Bangladeshi standard and requirements.
∎ Posses solid knowledge of engineering cost fundamentals, including cost estimation, cost analysis, budget preparation, etc.. able to independently conduct unit price analysis for various items in the bill of quantities.
∎ Capable of collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant data, including market prices, historical cost data, labor costs etc.. to provide reliable basis for cost calculations.
∎ Have the ability to conduct research on market trends and supplier prices in Bangladesh , able to promptly access the latest market information in Bangladesh and adjust cost structures according to market changes.
∎ Possess excellent communication skills, particularly in English communication, able to communicate timely and effectively with other team members.
∎ Have at least 3 years of experience in bidding and tendering work, cost preparation and related activities.
