Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible for the cost control and budget control of the Dohazari Coxs Bazar Railway Project.
∎
∎ Candidates need to have experience in cost control/budget control/quantity survey engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quantification.
∎ Cost analysis.
∎ Budget Preparation.
∎ Financial progress report and materials reconciliation.
∎ Preparation of project budget/CTC such as the bill of quantities, cost analysis.
∎ Prepare Project budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
∎ Analyze project costs and additional budget needs.
∎ Review architectural plans, work plans, and prepare quantity needs.
∎ Utilize software to calculate, record, and track Budget, inventory, and estimates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Primavera and Microsoft Project experience and skills will add more value.
