∎ Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accountancy. Masters will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit analysis
∎ Planning, directing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting different projects.
∎ Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
∎ Providing planning and cost controlling support for all projects.
∎ Monitoring the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
∎ Coordinating and working with the project management team to resolve project issues
∎ Surveying the quality for materials & bills.
∎ Supervising the work process.
∎ Verifying the cost with market prices.
∎ Negotiating prices with vendors minimize the costs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 years of experience in the construction field as a Cost Controller
