∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Civil, Structural Engineering) from a recognized university.

∎ At least 08 years of experience working with an in-depth understanding of local construction regulations and market conditions.
∎ Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain cost control systems for ongoing projects.
∎ Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditures across project phases.
∎ Analyze cost trends, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance departments.
∎ Evaluate change orders and assess their financial impact.
∎ Support project planning with cost data and performance.
∎ We are seeking a highly experienced with a more than 8 years of construction, Network Water, Pipeline projects & Infrastructure Projects.
∎ The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep industry experience, and the ability to manage complex budgets and reporting processes. This role is key to ensuring effective cost management across our infrastructure and pipeline construction projects.
