Job Responsibilities:
∎ Material Reconciliation- To check steel, cement, ready-mix and other material supplied to contractor and make recovery in case of wastage and excess consumption, debit note- to ensure recovery in case of rework or faulty work from the contractor as per recommendation of Project Manager.
∎ Preparation of Bill of Quantities Estimates & item rate analysis. Timely entry of Bills in the ERP System
∎ Bill Verification, Bill certification, Site visits-random physical checking of bills at site case to case.
∎ Over all in charge for preparation of Project MIS related to project. work progress, cost & cash flow report.
∎ Maintaining important documents, records and drawings in an organized and accurate manner
∎ Preparation of Tender documents with close co-ordinations with Civil Engineer/ Consultant, MEP Engineer/Consultant and Architectural Consultant
∎ Cost & Variance Analysis for various construction items
∎ Shall have sound understanding of Contracts, Administration of Contract and its enforcement at site.
∎ Post contract award cost control
∎ Preparation of Rate Analysis, Analysis of variance claims by contractor and closing the same.
∎ Preparation of own cost estimates; comparing the bids with our cost estimate.
∎ Shall have sound understanding of Contracts, Contract Administration.
∎ Perform such other duties to be assigned by Project Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ English proficiency
∎ Good IT skill including AutoCAD, Excel and internet communications.
