Job Responsibilities:
∎ After sales service complaint monitoring of Corporate Clients for refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
∎ Work as a complaint hub for VIP corporate clients Prepare, submit & collect bill for non-warranty & void service from corporate clients.
∎ Fault Analysis of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
∎ Monthly fault report preparation of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers. Take field / user feedback from new / sample commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
∎ Arrange faulty spare parts of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers as per requirement.
∎ Follow up buffer spare parts & backup products at points to ensure Committed service.
∎ Market visit for Product development scopes.
∎ Conduct Meeting & Training as per requirements.
∎ Facilitate Incident Investigation and Reporting (IIR) process by conducting 5- WHY and WHY-TREE Root Cause Analyses (RCA) of incidents and Near Misses
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 33 years
