∎ • Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
∎ • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and procurement processes.
∎ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software.
∎ • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to
∎ Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics and supply chain operations for civil aviation activities.
∎ Ensure timely procurement, transportation, and distribution of aviation-related equipment and materials.
∎ Maintain accurate records of inventory, logistics transactions, and supply chain documentation.
∎ Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
∎ Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Assist in the preparation of reports, logistics plans, and compliance documentation.
∎ Ensure adherence to national and international aviation regulations and safety standards.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
