Job Context:
∎ Experto Limited is engaged in reversing chronic metabolic disorders under the technical cooperation of a US patent holder. The patented Platform not only reverses type 2 diabetes, Prediabetes and obesity but also improves the condition of dyslipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver, pancreas B cell dysfunction, inflammation and patient`s mental health. We look forward to engaging coordinator who will coordinate patient enrollment at the platform and during the patient`s 1-year journey along with the platform towards a happy and healthy living.
∎ • We are searching for a coordinator to manage and maintain the smooth operations of reversal and remission of metabolic disorders including Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes and obesity, scheduling, and patient admissions. In this role, you will be required to handle front-of-desk relations, coordinate activities with other medical professionals, diagnostics labs, and patients and to ensure that administrative formalities are maintained properly during patient’s enrollment.
∎ • To ensure success as a coordinator, you should have experience in the hospital/pharmaceutical marketing/sales activities, be confident in handling administrative roles, and have excellent client-relations abilities. A top-notch coordinator will know how to handle all of their job roles and be able to handle other administrative tasks when required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overall operational management during patients' journey towards reversal and remission of metabolic disorders (Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes).
∎ • Receiving and answering emails, telephone calls, and mail for the facilities that we offer to reverse chronic metabolic disorder.
∎ • Arranging webinar on reversing chronic metabolic disorder
∎ • Communication and follow-up with prospective patient
∎ • Tracking Payment Collection
∎ • Coordinating to conduct Diagnostic tests for the enrolled patients in every quarter
∎ • Scheduling appointments for patients and doctors.
∎ • Dispensing medical devices for enrolled patients.
∎ • Managing stocks of medical devices and other materials
∎ • Handling complaints and queries professionally.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
