Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform installation work for textile industry equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
∎ Execute equipment loading and unloading using heavy vehicles (Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift) while adhering to Company EHS standards and timelines.
∎ Conduct equipment inspection, repair, and corrective maintenance of project vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Replace damaged parts of tools and machinery to maintain continuous workflow.
∎ Prepare and maintain all GQS (Global Quality Standards) documents related to preventive and corrective maintenance.
∎ Develop and update Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Analysis, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Breakdown Analysis Reports.
∎ Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and safekeeping of company-provided tools for work performance.
∎ This position is responsible for overseeing and executing electro-mechanical project works. They utilize their advanced knowledge and experience to ensure the proper functioning of various systems within the specified area. This includes managing project activities, coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
