∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, crisis management, Leadership, Ms Office Suite, Self control, Strong communication skills

∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Maintenance, Project Management, Project Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance department performance and planning and scheduling business flow process.
∎ Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair / preventive / predictive / design-out activities on the organization's plant and equipment.
∎ Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work.
∎ Submit requisition for all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the maintenance work .
∎ Prepare needle sinker report, lubrication report and maintenance report for knitting.
∎ Control spare parts and prepare technical documentation to include spare part list, specification.
∎ Continually improve planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Responsible for GQS Implementation & sustaining of engineering works.
∎ Support training activities for the personnel related to Maintenance.
∎ Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitor performance.
∎ Comply with the requirements of the system of quality (GQS), related to its function.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
