Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with course instructors to ensure quality and timely delivery of lectures and course materials
∎ Coordinate with authors to ensure quality and timely delivery of book manuscripts
∎ Coordinate with website developers to ensure appropriate access to courses by students
∎ Coordinate with graphics designers and video editors to ensure on time delivery of media for posting on social media
∎ Coordinate with digital marketing team for appropriate execution of ad campaigns
∎ Coordinate with publishers to ensure quality and on-time publications of books and other relevant products
∎ Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of projects
∎ Hold brainstorming sessions to generate ideas that would facilitate reach, engagement and conversion
∎ Proofread various materials, e.g books, pamphlets, social media copy, etc. to ensure quality
∎ Hold regular meeting with the management to provide update on tasks, and acquire feedback
∎ Actively assist in overall execution of projects, i.e, publication of books, launching and running of courses, participation in events, and any other relevant tasks
