∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Robuschi Blowers & Xylem Pumps maintenance.
∎ Monitoring the PLC for ETP operation.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Following the working Procedure of the ETP stated in the ETP GUIDELINE.
∎ Regular Maintenance of the equipment related to ETP: Pump, Blower, Electrical panel (PLC), Filter Press & others.
∎ Checking the availability of the spare parts
∎ Optimize the uses of required spare parts.
∎ Maintain preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
∎ Execute training for machine installation and maintenance.
∎ Maintain the proper records of maintenance.
∎ Maintain the ETP maintenance OPEX.
∎ Integrate with factory maintenance planning personnel for monthly maintenance schedule.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of ETP plant.
∎ Run any other functions where the immediate supervisor stated in relation to the operation.
