Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

∎ At least 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance.
∎ Take responsibility for the execution and demonstrate a full understanding of the levers behind driving profitable revenue and EBIT growth in an operationally complex and services business.
∎ Understand the cost control mechanism while growing a business and possibly have experience in delivering a differentiated service proposition. There should be evidence of success through inspirational leadership, collaboration, superb relationship skills and an impeccable professional reputation.
∎ Accountable to the Executive Director (ED) for the delivery of operational performance targets agreed from time to time.
∎ Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plans and programs with the objective of market growth both in terms of Sales and Land Acquisition.
∎ Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
∎ Actively present updates and status during the Executive Board Meetings (EBM).
∎ Attend and lead and/or facilitate meetings including operational, departmental and other meetings, weekly team meetings regularly with well-prepared problem-solving issue-specific agenda that spells out the key action areas for the month ahead and chalk out clear action points, delegate the responsibility for the same and follow up effectively.
∎ Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the corporation may enter into.
∎ Evaluate company's financial, operational, sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
∎ Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all members of staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Significant expertise and knowledge about the industry.
∎ Impressive track record of increasing business operational efficiencies and implementing positive change to businesses to date.
∎ Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
∎ Charismatic and influential leader.
∎ A track record of achievement gained at a senior level within a complex service delivery organization of comparable scale.
∎ Worked cohesively with boards and led major organizational change, growth and high performance across a range of work streams.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Real Estate-Sales/ Business Development (Land Acquisition)
