∎ At least 15 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop organization structure with policies, procedures and systems in place as per high standard of corporate governance.
∎ Design and implement strategy for the organization under the guidance of the Management
∎ Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention, including interpretation and administration of company policy and work rules.
∎ Manage and motivate the team performance and create a performance oriented work culture that encourages team work, empowerment and wining mentality
∎ Required to steer and control the administration and business developments of the company
∎ Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

Additional Requirements:
∎ Retried Defense Officer is preferred
∎ Proven experience in setting up hospital
∎ Must have proper knowledge on effective training and development method
∎ Strong leadership quality to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Should have problem solving ability, analytically ability and structured business skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
